Boost and Shine - Women After Work

Boost and Shine - Women After Work returns on 27 August with the theme "kick-start autumn". The evening is a full-day event for those who want to prepare for autumn - together with other women.

Lillemor Gustafsson talks about autumn focus: how to get going again after summer with new health routines that actually stick. Frida Landbecker gives a talk on style and wardrobe - how to dress, choose the right pieces and avoid shopping mistakes, with a focus on building a wardrobe you feel comfortable in every day. She shares tips on secondhand shopping, mixing what you already own and building a personal style that is simple and sustainable over time.

The music is provided by Erica and Hanna, two Norrköping women who sing and play guitar - a mix of old favourites and newer songs.

Make Up Center and Rosenserien are on site. BRUTAL Collab - a collaboration between Meriyam Exon (founder of BOXBOX) and Ronja Ljung (Nei Gang Studios) - runs a pop-up shop with a curated late-summer/autumn collection of secondhand, vintage and redesigned clothing.

Maja Höglund, circular creative and artist, is also on site. She transforms carefully selected secondhand jackets into unique backpack designs.

A summer buffet is included in the price: Caesar salad with parmesan and croutons, tomato and feta salad, broccoli salad with pumpkin seeds and pickled beetroot, herb-marinated cheese (warm), foil-baked salmon fillet with dill and leek (warm), lemon and garlic dressing and roasted new potatoes - including bread. Drinks of your choice are purchased on site.

The event is held outdoors at Kråkholmen; in bad weather it moves indoors. After-party and dancing for those who want to stay.
