Miniature Reflections

Creating miniatures is an ancient craft found in cultures around the world. In this playful exhibition, we explore selected miniature worlds from Mette Johansen's own collection.

Mette's passion for miniatures awakened early and led her to call herself a miniature scenographer. In her objects - both in traditional Lundby dollhouses and in her own creations - lie hidden stories, memories, and small observations of the world around us. The exhibition also traces Swedish design history through Lundby dollhouses and furnishings, from the 1940s to today.
