Bygget

Bygget is a guest production from a collaboration between Anna Holter + Company and Teater Giljotin, arranged by Eskilstuna Municipality - Scener och evenemang with support from the Swedish Arts Council, the Swedish Writers' Association manuscript fund, the Svante Bergström Theatre Foundation, and Eskilstuna Riksteaterföreningen.

The performance explores cancel culture and the questions it raises: who has the right to judge when a case becomes public, and what drives us to participate in calling someone out when the justice system fails to deliver? Three performers - actress Emelie Garbers, dancer Rikard Svensson, and movement-based actor Karu Wallin - embody these questions on stage.
