Stories n Food with Kaliffa & Nicke Vinsmart

Stories n Food is an event concept where food, music, and personal stories meet in an interactive audience experience. This is the premiere.

At the centre is Kaliffa, who together with host, sommelier and chef Nicke Tuomela prepares the evening's dish live on stage. The audience receives cooking tips, advice on drink pairings, and hears Kaliffa's stories about the dish and his relationship with Gambia. The premiere dish is Kyckling Yassa - a Gambian national dish in Kaliffa's style. A vegetarian option is available.

Nicke from Vinsmart has matched the wine to the food, and on site you can taste both red and white wine. Kaliffa's signature drink is sold at the bars, and alcohol-free alternatives are available. The ticket includes a hot dish, one unit of drink with the meal, and the stage programme.
