The Table as Witness - Exhibition with Ylva Blondel

The Table as Witness is Stockholm-based artist Ylva Blondel's solo exhibition at Galleri 86 on Södermalm. The paintings draw from her own experiences at the table - glasses, cups, and shadows that carry more than they reveal: luxury and darkness, humor and anger, celebration and sorrow, side by side.

The works are painted on square canvases with dynamic diagonals, and each painting captures a moment in motion. The exhibition is the first chapter in the series The Shared Meal.
