Beloved Strings: Uppsala Chamber Orchestra's String Section Plays for Us as Autumn Draws to a Close

The string section of Uppsala Kammarorkesters performs in Lövstabruk on Saturday, 3 October 2026 at 16.00 in Leufsta Bruks Church. The ensemble presents classical works by Mozart, Grieg, Mendelssohn and Sibelius, including Mozart's Eine kleine Nachtmusik from 1787 and Grieg's Holbergsvit. This concert is part of a small Swedish tour comprising two dates. The event is arranged in collaboration with Musik i Uppland, Leufsta Cahman Academy and Tierps Municipality. The church provides an intimate acoustic setting for chamber music, allowing listeners to experience these well-known classical compositions in close proximity to the musicians.
