Workshop for Adults with Sebastian Blind
Sebastian Blind has Sámi heritage and his artistic practice is rooted in shamanic tradition - he works primarily with large-scale charcoal drawings. In this workshop at Bror Hjorths Hus, you will try the technique under his guidance, starting with a brief introduction to the exhibition.
Charcoal is the only material used, and this applies to all participants regardless of background. Towards the end of the workshop, there is an opportunity to combine the participants' drawings into one shared artwork - something Blind describes as a symbol of unity, community, and respect for all living things.
Coffee, tea, and cake are served during the evening. Price: 150 kr, materials and refreshments included. Maximum 12 participants, 18 years and older.
The workshop is part of the museum's evening opening on 17 September. Please note that the workshop is located in the basement - there is no ramp or lift. Ticket fees are not refunded; returns must be made no later than 7 days in advance.
