Description was written before the event

For over four decades, Musikens Hus has reserved Sundays for children and families. Barnmattan is aimed at children from 4 years and up, with a programme featuring music, theatre, magic, dance and storytelling.

Autumn's programme:

4 October - Longkalsong; Live
Tompa & Mackan take the audience on a musical adventure where children decide where the journey goes. The songs are easy to sing and full of humour.

18 October - PapaTheo and his son Paa Kojo: A Journey to Ghana/Africa
PapaTheo and Paa Kojo fill the stage with drums, singing and stories from Africa - performed with great joy and playfulness.

1 November - Teater Trampolin; Todeloo and Todelej
A performance about two best friends Todeloo and Todelej, who are opposites and together ponder justice and injustice. Forms, sounds, big and small.

15 November - Nov Swing Tarturo - Jazzkattsväng på nya upptåg
Double bass, guitar, vocal harmony and trombones. A flying shark. Jazz grandma with style. A reggae mafioso's dog visiting for a while. The annual pancake festival became a fire brigade extinguishing.

13 December - Christmas Variety with Magician Martin and Musicians!
A musical Christmas variety show that has been performed with great success before. Magician Martin combines music and magic, with guest artists Harriet Olsson, Johan Bengtson and Klas-Fredrik Torsson. After the performance, buns and coffee are served.
