Eat Work Sleep after work

Eat, Work, Sleep, After Work is a monologue about the invisible games of working life - told with humour, sharpness and recognition, we follow a journey from energy and ambition towards something considerably darker.

The performance begins in the familiar: a committed employee, a functioning everyday routine, a working team in motion. Through recognizable situations, characters and leadership styles, we see a work environment that many can identify with. Gradually the perspective shifts, and what first appears playful and absurd moves towards something more complex - where structures, cultures of silence and human consequences come to the fore.

The stage expression is physically and linguistically rich, a multimodal hybrid between estrade poetry, verse, film, sketch, painting and music. The performance moves between satire and seriousness, and has previously been performed in Örnsköldsvik, Umeå and Skellefteå.
