Painting Course for Adults - Quick Painting in Various Techniques

Painting course for adult beginners and experienced painters on three Saturdays: 3, 10, and 17 October, 14.30-17.00.

Each course session is built around a clear assignment that introduces a painting technique, with exercises completed within a set time frame. Quick painting is a way to stay engaged in the creative process rather than getting stuck in perfectionism. Over the course, you will complete several small paintings in oil and acrylic, as well as sketches in charcoal and pencil. All materials and refreshments are included. The course is led by artist and museum educator Cornelia Tell.

No prior experience is required - just curiosity about colour and creativity. The course is open to adults aged 18 and over, with a maximum of 12 participants. Aprons are available to borrow, but avoid wearing fine clothes.

Price: 1,620 kr including materials and refreshments (ticket fee of 30 kr applies). Cancellation is permitted until 23 September; the service fee is non-refundable. The ticket is personal and cannot be resold.

Note: The museum's workshop is located in the basement one flight down - there is no ramp or lift.
