In MESSIAH, artist Clara Ianni explores the consequences of oil extraction through religious allegories of the Saviour, Resurrection, and Apocalypse. Using powerful sound works with human voices, video animations based on seismic data, and photogravures, she makes invisible industrial processes audible and visible.
