About the venue

Flakfortet is a historic sea fort built on an artificial island in the Øresund strait near Copenhagen, constructed in the late 19th century as part of Denmark's coastal defences. Today it operates as a summer venue with a restaurant, camping and open-air concerts. Visitors reach the island by boat from Copenhagen harbour.
