About the venue

Folkteatern in Gothenburg is one of Sweden's best-known public theatres, founded in 1933 with roots in the labour movement. Stora Scenen is the main stage, seating just over 400 people, and hosts a wide range of productions - from classic drama to contemporary plays and musical theatre.
