About the venue

Hallwylska palatset is a late-19th-century private palace on Hamngatan in Stockholm, built for Count and Countess Walther and Wilhelmina von Hallwyl to a design by architect Isak Gustaf Clason. The interiors are among the best-preserved turn-of-the-century rooms in Sweden. It has operated as a state museum since 1938, housing the family's extensive art and decorative arts collection.
