About the venue

Stockholm's Konserthus on Hötorget has been home to the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra since it opened in 1926. The neoclassical blue building was designed by Ivar Tengbom and is one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. The Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences is awarded here each year.
