About the venue

Medborgarplatsen is a large public square on Södermalm in Stockholm, flanked by the Medborgarhuset building from 1939. It serves as a central gathering point for the neighbourhood and regularly hosts markets, outdoor concerts and public demonstrations. The adjacent Medborgarhuset contains a swimming pool and the Zita cinema.
