Moderna Museet on the island of Skeppsholmen is Sweden's national museum of modern and contemporary art. Its collection spans the early 20th century to the present, with works by Picasso, Dalí and Warhol alongside prominent Swedish artists. The current building was designed by Rafael Moneo and opened in 1998.
