About the venue

Särö kyrka is a small wooden church from the 1880s in the coastal village of Särö, south of Gothenburg. It was built as a summer chapel for the wealthy visitors who flocked to the seaside resort in the late 19th century. Today it hosts services, concerts and other events mainly during the summer months.
