Alchemy - A Mysterious World
The summer exhibition at Skoklosters Slott explores the history of alchemy from the 16th century to the present day.
Skokloster Castle is one of the best-preserved Baroque palaces in Europe, built in the 17th century for Swedish field marshal Carl Gustaf Wrangel. Set on the shores of Lake Mälaren, it holds an exceptional collection of arms, furniture and art from Sweden's era as a great power. The castle is a state-protected monument and opens to visitors during summer.
