Stockholm Concert Hall, opened in 1926 and designed by Ivar Tengbom, is the home of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra. Its blue neoclassical facade on Hötorget is one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. Every December the hall hosts the Nobel Prize award ceremony for the sciences and literature.
