About the venue

Vasateatern is one of Stockholm's oldest private theatres, founded in 1886 on Kungsgatan. The building was designed in a Neo-Renaissance style and has over the years staged operettas, revues and musicals. The auditorium seats just over 700 people and is well suited to large-scale productions.
