Annelie Sjölander-Lindqvist is an associate professor at the University of Gothenburg whose research spans cultural heritage and everyday food culture. In the project Ett liv i recept she studies women's recipe collections as historical sources, tracing how domestic labour, nutrition ideals and social change are recorded between handwritten lines.
