Armin van Buuren (born 1976, Leiden, Netherlands) is a Dutch DJ, producer and co-founder of Armada Music, one of the world's largest independent dance labels. He has topped the DJ Mag Top 100 five times and has hosted the weekly radio show A State of Trance since 2001, now reaching 44 million listeners across more than 80 countries. His nine studio albums span from the trance classic 76 (2003) to the 51-track double album Breathe (2025), and in October 2025 he released Piano - a fully acoustic solo record of 15 self-composed pieces.
