Astral Projection is an Israeli electronic duo - Avi Nissim and Lior Perlmutter - producing Goa and psychedelic trance from Tel Aviv since 1993. Their 1997 album Dancing Galaxy became one of the best-selling trance records in history, and tracks like "Mahadeva", "Kabalah" and "People Can Fly" remain cornerstones of the genre. They run their own Trust in Trance label and have toured worldwide for three decades, widely credited as originators of the psytrance sound.
Astral Projection released their new studio album For All Mankind on September 19, 2025, via Iboga Records and Trust in Trance Records.
