Fatima Daas is a French author who grew up in Clichy-sous-Bois, a suburb of Paris. Her debut novel "La petite dernière" (2020) won several prizes and brought her wide recognition. Her writing circles around identity, class and belonging, shaped by influences such as Marguerite Duras and Virginie Despentes.
