Georgian National Ballet Sukhishvili is a Georgian folk dance ensemble founded in 1945 by Iliko and Nino Sukhishvili. Now in its third generation, the company has performed in over a hundred countries, including at the Metropolitan Opera in New York and La Scala in Milan. Their shows blend acrobatic male dancing - featuring high leaps and spinning sabres - with the ensemble's signature male toe dance and graceful female performances, accompanied by live traditional Georgian music.
