Graham Gouldman (born 10 May 1946, Salford, England) is a singer, bassist and songwriter who co-founded 10cc in 1972 and remains the band's only constant member. As a teenager in the 1960s he wrote hits for The Yardbirds, The Hollies and Herman's Hermits, and with 10cc he co-wrote three UK number ones - 'Rubber Bullets', 'I'm Not in Love' and 'Dreadlock Holiday'. In 2014 he was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and in 2025 he received an MBE for services to music.

    Gouldman announced an 18-date UK Heart Full of Songs tour for October 2026, his biggest such tour to date, running from Stamford on 8 October to London's Cadogan Hall on 29 October.

    His sixth solo album, I Have Notes, was released on 5 July 2024 via Lojinx, featuring guest contributions from Brian May, Ringo Starr, Hank Marvin and Albert Lee.
