A free summer programme at Konserthuset with mini-concerts by young musicians, a jubilee exhibition on the building's 100-year history, and guided tours of the architecture, art, and Nobel Prize ceremony.
Stockholm's Konserthuset, opened in 1926 and designed by Ivar Tengbom, is the permanent home of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra. The neoclassical blue building on Hötorget is one of the city's most recognisable landmarks. Every December it hosts the Nobel Prize award ceremony for physics, chemistry, medicine, literature and economics.
