Start your day with live Bach and yoga in the beautiful vestibule of Konserthuset Stockholm. Led by experienced yoga instructor Antonia Armini and accompanied by the festival's musicians, both beginners and experienced practitioners are invited to explore movement, presence and stillness through music.
