Gus G (born Konstantinos Karamitroudis, 12 September 1980 in Thessaloniki) is a Greek heavy metal guitarist best known as the founder and driving force of power metal band Firewind and as Ozzy Osbourne's lead guitarist from 2009 to 2017, a role that included the Grammy-nominated album Scream (2010). Alongside Firewind's ten studio albums, he has released five solo records and earned accolades such as the German Metal Hammer 'God of Riffs' award.
Gus G. released his fifth solo album Steel Burner on April 24, 2026 via Metal Department Records, featuring guest vocalists Doro Pesch, Matt Barlow, Ronnie Romero and Dino Jelusick.
The Steel Burner album was announced in February 2026, described as Gus G.'s first solo release in five years following an extended period of post-pandemic touring.
