IngMari Lundmark was the first woman to complete the mining training programme at LKAB and the first to work at the rock face in the Kiruna mine. For eight years she operated a drilling rig alone, hundreds of metres underground, lifting two tonnes of drill steel per shift. She and her daughter Anneli tell the story of the women who fought to open the mines to all.
