Pasta Basta - Pasta Southern Italian Style

During the evening, you will learn to make handmade pasta the southern Italian way together with pasta course instructor and sommelier Bianca from Reko Deli. You will prepare three types of pasta - with different colors, shapes, and flavors - and learn how pasta dough should feel and be handled.

Participants prepare three dishes together featuring authentic Italian flavors, and Bianca explains how to pair the dishes with different wines and offers tips on food and drink pairing in general. There is also plenty of room for questions about pasta, cooking, taste, and ecological sustainability.

The evening concludes with a shared dinner where all the dishes are enjoyed. The course costs 1,395 kronor per person and includes dinner, wine with the meal, recipes, and a goodie bag. An alcohol-free beverage option is offered for participants under 18 years old.
