Jeneba Kanneh-Mason is a British pianist born in Nottingham, one of seven siblings in the celebrated Kanneh-Mason musical family. She made her London debut at 18 with Rachmaninoff's Second Piano Concerto and her BBC Proms debut in 2021, and released her debut solo album Fantasie on Sony Classical in March 2025 to wide critical acclaim. Gramophone praised her as 'a pianist of enormous technical resources in service of an uncommonly rich and versatile musical imagination', and the album won an Edison Award.
Jeneba Kanneh-Mason was nominated for the Newcomer Award at the BBC Music Magazine Awards for her debut album Fantasie.
She made her Baltimore debut at the Shriver Hall Concert Series Discovery Series on 14 February 2026.
Her EP Jane Austen Piano was released on Sony Classical in December 2025, marking the 250th anniversary of Jane Austen's birth.
The Kanneh-Mason siblings released their second joint album River of Music on Decca Classics on 12 September 2025.
Her debut solo album Fantasie was released on Sony Classical on 7 March 2025 and named Classic FM's Album of the Week, also winning an Edison Award.
