Jonathan Swensen is an American cellist who won first prize at the Naumburg International Cello Competition and received the Avery Fisher Career Grant. He performs regularly as a soloist and chamber musician on both sides of the Atlantic, and is a founding member of Trio Theros, formed in 2018.
