Mari Kattman is an American electronic musician and vocalist from the Providence/Boston area who has been writing, recording and performing since 2012. She built her reputation first as a sought-after guest vocalist for acts such as Assemblage 23, Mesh, Neuroticfish and iVardensphere, and through the duo Helix with her husband Tom Shear. Her 2025 album 'Year of the Katt', released on Metropolis Records and self-produced in full, marks her most ambitious solo statement to date - blending EBM, synthpop and industrial into a cohesive club-ready sound.
Mari Kattman confirmed a UK/EU tour with Assemblage 23 in October 2025, supporting 'Year of the Katt'.
In a September 2025 interview, Kattman stated she had already begun work on a follow-up album to 'Year of the Katt'.

'Year of the Katt' was released on 20 June 2025 via Metropolis Records, Kattman's debut for the label.
