Mikael Rickfors (born 4 December 1948 in Stockholm) is a Swedish rock singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with a career spanning more than five decades. He rose to international attention in 1972 as lead vocalist of The Hollies, replacing Allan Clarke and co-writing hits such as 'The Baby' and 'Magic Woman Touch'. His solo work - over eleven albums since 1975 - and his role as founder of the Swedish supergroup Grymlings have kept him a fixture in Swedish rock.
Grymlings performed their 'Det bästa för dig' 2026 tour, with Rickfors confirmed at Vara Konserthus in February and further dates across Sweden.
Grymlings announced a comeback roughly 20 years after their last activity, with a new lineup including Dan Hylander and Lasse Lindbom alongside Rickfors and Göran Lagerberg.
The reformed Grymlings played four Swedish dates in autumn 2025 and announced a more extensive 2026 tour.
