About

Page is a Swedish synthpop duo formed in Malmö in 1980 by Eddie Bengtsson and Marina Schiptjenko, widely credited as the first band to bring synthpop to Sweden. Their early singles - sung entirely in Swedish with analogue sequences and dry wit - made them the defining act of the Swedish syntare scene, influencing a generation of acts including Elegant Machinery and S.P.O.C.K. After a long hiatus the duo reunited in 2010 and have released albums steadily since, with their 2025 record 'Inget Motstånd' marking a return to their punchier early sound.
