Skraeckoedlan are a psychedelic stoner rock band from Norrköping, Sweden, active since 2009. Singing entirely in Swedish about science fiction, Norse mythology and prehistoric creatures, they have built a devoted following across the Nordic heavy music scene. Their 2015 concept album 'Sagor' is widely regarded as a landmark in Swedish heavy music, and in 2025 the band received a Swedish Grammy nomination. In 2026 they launched their own imprint, Horror Lizard Records.
Skraeckoedlan released new single 'Mareld' on June 12, 2026, via their own imprint Horror Lizard Records, previewing their upcoming fifth studio album.

Skraeckoedlan completed their '10 år av Sagor' anniversary tour across Sweden, celebrating the 10th anniversary of their album 'Sagor' with a newly remastered vinyl reissue.
The '10 år av Sagor' Swedish tour was announced in November 2025, spanning around ten dates with support from Domkraft, Lowrider and Gaupa.
Skraeckoedlan received a Swedish Grammy nomination in the Hard Rock/Metal category for 2025.
