Smash Into Pieces is a Swedish rock band from Örebro, formed in 2008, whose current lineup is vocalist Chris Adam Hedman Sörbye, guitarists Per Bergquist and Benjamin Jennebo, and the masked drummer known as The Apocalypse DJ (APOC). The band blends hard rock with electronic and pop elements - a style they call electrorock - and has built a cinematic sci-fi universe across nine studio albums, most recently Armaheaven (2025). With over a billion streams worldwide and more than 1,000 shows played, they are one of Sweden's most internationally active rock exports, having toured North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Smash Into Pieces placed 4th in the Melodifestivalen 2026 final with the song 'Hollow', their third consecutive appearance in the competition's final.
The band qualified directly for the Melodifestivalen 2026 final from heat 4 in Malmö, receiving the most votes of the evening with 'Hollow'.
Smash Into Pieces released their ninth studio album Armaheaven on 31 October 2025, which debuted at number 10 on the Swedish album chart.
The Armaheaven album features a collaboration with Swedish/Japanese media personality LiLiCo, introduced on Swedish national television in August 2025.
In 2025 the band toured Thailand, Australia and Europe in support of Armaheaven, continuing a run of international touring that also covered North America in 2024.
