About

Takida is a hard rock band from Ånge, Sweden, formed in 1999. After signing to Ninetone Records in 2005, they scored five Swedish number-one albums in a row and racked up six platinum singles - including one certified 4x platinum - cementing their place as one of the country's best-selling rock acts. Their 2024 Napalm Records debut 'The Agony Flame' reached #8 on the German album charts, showing the band's reach well beyond Scandinavia.
