Eclipse is a Swedish hard rock band from Stockholm, formed in 1999 by Erik Mårtensson and Anders Berlin. Led by singer-guitarist Mårtensson, the band has built a reputation for hook-driven melodic hard rock across eleven studio albums, touring everywhere from Japan and Australia to South America. They have shared stages with Aerosmith and Def Leppard, headlined festivals like Wacken and Sweden Rock, and racked up well over 100 million streams - making them one of the biggest Swedish rock acts of their generation.
Eclipse cancelled their planned Australian tour at short notice, citing unmet contractual terms and conditions.
Magnus 'Adde' Andreasson made his live debut with Eclipse at the Karmøygeddon Metal Festival in Norway on 2 May 2025.
Former Hardcore Superstar drummer Magnus 'Adde' Andreasson joined Eclipse, replacing Philip Crusner who stepped down from touring.
Eclipse released their eleventh studio album 'Megalomanium II' on 20 September 2024 via Frontiers Music Srl.
Eclipse announced the Megalomanium Tour 2025, covering Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Switzerland and Italy.
