Spöket i köket is a ten-piece Swedish folk big band playing what they call lounge-rave-folk - a genre that blends traditional folk music with driving dance rhythms, sung in at least four languages. Active since the mid-2010s, they have released albums including Den nya spisen (2017) and Kurbits & Flames (2022), and were nominated for Årets folkmusik at the 2023 Grammis awards.
