Amanda Ginsburg embarks on her first Christmas tour with the show Det är jul nu igen. The music is newly composed and moves in the borderland between advent and everyday life - with mulled wine and Christmas ham as backdrop, but with fresh tones.

On stage are Filip Ekestubbe (piano, co-composer), Snorre Kirk (drums) and Niklas Fernqvist (double bass). The evening features Amanda's characteristic observations of daily life and swing, wrapped in Christmas decorations and the scent of saffron bun from the subway kiosk.

Amanda has two Grammy Awards and roots in the Swedish song and jazz tradition. About the tour she says: "We need Christmas music that reflects the time and traditions we live in today. Music that awakens more than our nostalgic side."
