concert20:00An Autumn Evening with Stina Wollter
Stina Wollter performs at Blackbird in Uppsala for a cosy autumn evening concert.
Stina Wollter (born 1964 in Sollentuna) is a Swedish painter, illustrator, author, singer and radio presenter - daughter of actor Sven Wollter. She is widely known as a body-positivity activist with a large following on Instagram, and has published bestselling books including 'Kring denna kropp' (2018) and 'Kring denna konst'. Since 2014 she has also performed country-influenced music with Stina Wollter Band.
Politicians in Katrineholm named Wollter as an example of an artist who could attract a broad audience to the local art hall, sparking a public debate about political interference in cultural programming.
Wollter gave a lecture titled 'Konst, kropp och motstånd' at Stenegårds Träteater in Järvsö on 4 July 2025.
SVT postponed the planned November 2024 premiere of the interview series 'Naken med Stina Wollter' indefinitely, citing Instagram posts Wollter made after the Hamas attack on Israel in October 2023 that SVT described as carrying an antisemitic framing; Wollter later apologised.
