Boule-SM 2026

Boule-SM 2026 takes place at Bananpiren in Frihamnen, Göteborg, and is the 46th edition of the championship since it began in 1978 in Bara, Skåne. The competition also serves as preparation for the Boule World Championship, which will be held in Göteborg and Scandinavium in 2027.

During the week, 28 SM gold medals are awarded: singles (7), doubles (7), triples (7), mixed doubles (6), mixed triples (5), generational triples (1), and precision shooting (4). The championship is open to players who are members of a club affiliated with the Swedish Boule Federation and hold a valid competition license. The match schedule is available at svenskboule.se.

Each day from 5-12 July, 14:00-16:00, a try-boule session is held at the center court in Frihamnen - equipment is available to borrow and no prior experience is needed. More info: svenskboule.se/prova-pa-boule-under-sm. There is also food and drink available on site. Free admission for spectators.
