Ultimate Tennis Showdown Gothenburg

UTS, founded by coach and entrepreneur Patrick Mouratoglou, brings together eight of the world's top male players to Scandinavium on 12-13 December in front of up to 10,000 spectators.

The tournament takes place over two days. Day one features the quarterfinals - four matches that determine which players advance. Day two offers placement matches, semifinals, and the final, a total of five matches that crown the champion and determine the final season standings. The winner can take home up to 511,000 US dollars in prize money.

The format differs from traditional tennis: matches are time-limited to 45 minutes, players have only one serve and can use strategic bonus cards at crucial moments. The crowd is encouraged to cheer both between and during points, and live interviews with players are held between quarters.
