Scandinavium is Gothenburg's main indoor arena, opened in 1971. It holds up to 12,500 spectators and ranks among the most-used large venues in the Nordic countries, hosting ice hockey, major concerts and other big events. Frölunda HC plays its home games here, and the arena has welcomed international music acts for decades.
