Jacob Karlzon Questar

Jacob Karlzon brings the Questar project to Gothenburg Concert Hall on Monday, 7 September 2026. Designed by architect Nils Einar Eriksson and completed in 1935, the hall sits at Götaplatsen and serves as home to the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, one of Northern Europe's most respected ensembles. Questar is a collaboration between Karlzon and Danish trumpeter Mads La Cour, alongside a bassist and drummer. The music balances between composition and improvisation, between acoustic and electronic sound. This is one of eight Swedish tour dates running from September 2026 through April 2027, with performances also scheduled in Malmö and Nässjö.
