Lunch Theatre: As Long as the Ship Can Sail

Fifty years after Evert Taube's death, troubadour Martin Bagge and literary scholar David Anthin celebrate the national poet with new stories woven together with timeless songs - from "Fritiof and Carmencita" to "Änglamark" - in a singing performance that also offers adventure, romance, and rousing communal singing.

Lunch is served during the performance and varies by day of the week:

Tuesday: Beef chilli with roasted pepper salad and garlic sour cream
Wednesday: Salmon pudding with green peas, lemon and clarified butter
Thursday: Minced meat loaf "Biff à la Lindström" with herb sauce and caper butter
Friday: Pulled pork with chipotle, roasted corn cream, sour cream and tortilla bread
