Lunchteater: Så stod vi på stranden

As a young woman, Calla - a woman devoted to culture and social causes - arrives in Bohuslän in 1887 to visit Carl Curman. They fall in love, marry, and have children. Her encounter with nature proves equally transformative - the red granite of Stångehuvud awakens her inner world and a fierce determination to preserve the place forever. Long before modern environmental legislation, she creates what will become Stångehuvud nature reserve.

The production is based on an idea and script by Mirja Burlin, with music by Fabian Kallerdahl (piano).

This week's menu: Glögg-marinated pork ribs with cinnamon-baked apples, Brussels sprouts, and cream sauce flavoured with clove.
